How soon can I have a virtual employee working for me?
We can hire an employee to start working for you within two weeks.
Is Employee Supermarket based in Pakistan?
No. Employee Supermarket is a UK company founded in the UK to provide low cost quality employees for your business. Your employee will work for you from our offices in Lahore, Pakistan. However, your contract will be with a UK company and subject to the laws of England and Wales. Therefore, you can expect high quality service and professionalism at all times.
Can you provide highly skilled or technical employees?
Pakistan is renowned for its technical talent and that is why companies such as Google, IBM, Microsoft, GE, Citi Group, Bank of America and Cisco employ thousands of employees in the country. Any type of office-based employee that is available in Europe is also available in Pakistan at a fraction of the cost. We will source candidates according to your exact requirements.
Will the employee be proficient in English?
Pakistan has the third largest English-speaking population in the world - making it one of the top outsourcing countries in the world. In fact, with English being the official language and taught in schools and universities, Pakistan has more English speakers than the UK! Your employee will be able to communicate well in English. We will source candidates according to your exact requirements.
Who is the virtual employee accountable to?
Although, we will be the legal employer of your virtual employee, your employee will be accountable to you. You will set them their work and manage them on a daily basis. We will supervise your employee to ensure they are working according to your requirements and will be available to provide any assistance, disciplinary or otherwise, whenever needed.
Will you supervise my employee(s) and monitor their work?
Your employee(s) will be supervised by a Manager who will monitor their attendance, ensure that they have the facilities needed to work efficiently and ensure that they are working professionally in accordance with your requirements. Employee Supermarket does not monitor the actual work and progress of the employees, which can only be seen and monitored by you. The Manager will be available to address any concerns that you may have at any time.
What if I am not satisfied with the performance of my employee?
We only provide employees that can deliver according to your requirements and only after you are satisfied with them. On the rare occasion that your employee does not deliver to the standard expected, you may choose to make the employee redundant and hire a replacement employee.
What will be the working hours of my employee?
Your employee will work during your working hours or the hours agreed with your Consultant. So a full-time employee will usually work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm UK time, unless you have employed them to work at a different time. You will be required to permit regular breaks during working hours, for tea and lunch, to ensure consistent performance by your employee.
What is included in the price? Any hidden charges?
When we send details of your prospective candidate for you to review, we will quote you a monthly fee for that employee. This will be an all-inclusive price and cover everything including the employee’s salary, office space, equipment, internet connection, telephone line, management and technical support. There will be no other costs or charges involved.
What is the payment procedure?
Once you have selected a candidate, we will require receipt of the first month’s payment before the employee starts work. Thereafter, you will be invoiced on a monthly basis and will be required to pay the fee before the start of each working month.
How do I make the monthly payments?
You will be required to pay via a BACS, Faster Payment or CHAPS transfer to our UK bank account every month. We can also accept PayPal payments from non-UK clients.
How quickly can I terminate the contract?
You may terminate the contract with us at any time by giving us 30 days written notice.
Will my sensitive and confidential data be safe and secure?
We understand that data security is a major concern for businesses when outsourcing. That is why hiring a virtual employee through Employee Supermarket is the best alternative to having a local employee. We ensure that your employee is the only one with access to your data and that stringent security measures are in place to ensure that your data is safe and secure at all times.
We can also provide various setups, for example, where your employee's computer and peripherals are directly connected to your system in the UK and all data is accessed from your server, instead of being stored on the employee's computer in our office abroad.
Furthermore, our agreement will incorporate a non-disclosure clause. Your employee and Employee Supermarket will also be able to sign a specific non-disclosure agreement if you have one.
